There are two Hotels less than a quarter of a mile from the show site.
However, one of the Hotels has almost doubled their rates from the previous year for this weekend only!
Therefore we strongly urge you NOT to book your rooms at The Holiday Inn.
Instead Please use The Wellesley Inn which is right next door and much cheaper! In fact, if you have already made reservations at the Holiday Inn, please re-book at one of the other Hotels and then cancel your reservation with the Holiday Inn. Let them know you refuse to be price gouged!!!!
There is also another Hotel that is less than 5 miles from the show and directly off the Highway in Manchester, Connecticut. This is the Super 8 Hotel. These folks called us after hearing about the above problem, and have given us a rate of $65.00 per night! The Hotel is brand new, clean and features a cool '50's style lounge. Give them a shot as they are willing to cater to our crowd!! (They hold bi-weekly Cruise Nights and love cars!!) Below are the phone numbers to the Hotels
The Wellesley Inn - 860-289-4950 $82.00 per night
Super 8 Hotel - 860-643-1864 $65.00 per night
Mention "Road Agents Car Show" for this rate! Or ask for Laurie Colburn if there is a problem. (Super 8)
This Event is Rain or Shine! There is a huge pavilion on the grounds in case of rain.
Absolutely NO glass bottles on the grounds for insurance reasons.
(Beer Soda and Food will be served in the pavilion)
Do to the rising costs of just about everything, including grounds rental, cops, bands and insurance just to name a few, we are forced to raise this years entry fee to $15.00 per person. HOWEVER, Friday night is still FREE! Therefore we feel that The Rumble is still a very affordable weekend for both Hot Rodders and Rockabillies, especially when compared to other rod shows and Rockabilly Weekenders. We hope you agree. Trust me, we like cheap fun too!!
Friday Night kicks off at about 6:00pm and goes until Midnight or so. Saturday Morning, the gates open at 9:00am and bands go on at approximately 10:30am

In case you are not familiar with The Road Agents Hot Rod & Rockabilly Rumble, There is a certain criteria you must meet before you can enter your Rod or Custom. It must be built in true '40s, '50s or early '60s style, or you simply will not be able to enter the show with it. Do these rules offend you? Then they probably apply!! By doing this, The Road Agents have created a truly unique and one of a kind Hot Rod show, and we intend to keep it that way! Please do not waste our time or yours by trying to "sneak" into the show with your billet laden street rod! As one spectator best said it when he watched a high-tech rod turned away at the gate ...."Ya don't bring a horse to a dog show!"
We welcome and highly encourage Incomplete Projects, Vintage Drag Cars, Rail Jobs and Altereds!
We DO NOT award trophies, give out dash plaques or put up with bad attitudes. (except ours)
We Reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason at anytime.
(Read that again, cause it could mean you if you piss us off!!)

As always, we will be having our Chopper Show along with the Rumble!
All Pre-1969 "Old School" Choppers, Bobbers and Stockers are welcome! We apply the same rules to the Choppers as we do the Hot Rods and Customs. They MUST be traditional and look like they could have been built in the '40s, '50s or '60s! Got an Evo? Stay home!
Check out our cool T-shirt design for this years Rumble!
